“Just after New Year's Day, we experienced a leak from our ice maker that flooded our kitchen floor, basement ceiling and floors with water damage. Jon and Crystal came out, inspected the damage, took pictures, and assured us they could restore everything within the specifications that our insurance adjuster provided.
